Decision to prosecute the defendant, Order to arrest the defendant for temporary detention, Search warrant for: (1) Nguyen Van Khuoc, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of the Land Valuation Council of Vinh Phuc province; (2) Chu Quoc Hai, former Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Vinh Phuc province and (3) Hoang Van Nhiem, Deputy Director of the Department of Finance of Vinh Phuc province on the crime of "Receiving bribes", stipulated in clause 4 , Article 354 of the Penal Code; (4) Cao Dai Nghia, Deputy Head of Price Department, Department of Land Resources Planning and Development, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment for the crime of "Abusing positions and powers while performing official duties" specified in Clause 3 , Article 356 of the Penal Code.
